Cancellation Policy

  • Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may have already entered the processing phase.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

  • We ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  • An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage (like dented boxes) with an intact product is not considered damage.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@inkvanta.com with a clear photo of the damage.

  • We will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement at no cost.

  • Please note: We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's duty to ensure the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If it is incorrect and we are not notified of this within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
